It's not stealing, it's a completely different image with a shared concept. That'd be like saying that everyone who paints an ice dragon, though the images look different, they are stealing from one another.

No no, what you're implying is that I went to your page, found your picture, and then went on to use your idea to make an image centered around the same concept and I think we both know that I didn't do that. Sometimes people have the same ideas, it's not as if I stole yours.
